Today, wifi treats his fans to the remix, featuring a typically witty and self-deprecating verse from 2017 XXL Freshman Ugly God. Offering a perfect rejoinder to wifi’s verse, Ugly God dedicates a verse to his ex, working through his emotions in his colorful manner: “Now we barely even talk/You put my feelins in a vault/I’m comin’ clean, baby girl/just bein’ honest/Truthfully I really try my best/But you just packed your shit and left/Damn why the fuck you break a pinky promise?” The remix is the closing track on the official version of Boy Who Cried Wolf, wifi’s latest project.
