Run the Jewels which consists of Killer Mike and El-P released their singler Talk To Me earlier this year through Adult Swim Singles. Originally set to release 3 weeks later, the duo decided to give their fans a gift and drop the album today on Christmas.
They recently showed up on Portlandia to talk about release strategies for the album. Watch the funny scene below.
The album didn’t come as schedule but trust it’s right on time. We’re sure after the highly politicized presidential campaigns this past year, Run The Jewels has a lot to say.
