“I’m a local New Orleans artist living my dream to be the next big thing in my city,” said The General. This album comes in the wake of a tragedy for the General. He goes on to state, “My twin brother and I starting rapping when we were 14 years old. January 18, 2014 he was taking away from us by murder and I’m left here to carry on his and my own dream.”
