One of the strongest, if not the strongest political voice in the Hip Hop community, Killer Mike explains how he came into politics at a young age.

He also clarifies the comparisons he’s made between Bernie Sanders and Martin Luther King, Jr. Read more about this interview from VladTV and leave a comment with your thoughts.

Mike started out by clarifying his statements comparing Bernie Sanders’ policies with those of Martin Luther King Jr., as he believes that Sanders and King both had an understanding that the caste system in the U.S. is based on class not discriminated by color. The rapper then added that both Senator Sanders and Dr. King both classified themselves as “social Democrats,” which has been misconstrued in the media when it comes to Sanders.
