Rocking a red bathrobe on a pristine yacht, Jones shows us how to live in “Never Did 3 Quarters,” his latest music video. Paying tribute to legendary Harlem underworld figure Rich Porter, Jones parks his boat in a scenic bay, drinking D’usse and tooling around on his jetski with a homie. “Never Did 3 Quarters” is a quintessential rags-to-riches tale, with the Diplomats rapper urges his peers to remember the life lessons learned on the streets, even as they grow their fame and fortune. “Never Did 3 Quarters” is the opening track on Wasted Talent, Jim Jones’ seventh solo studio album.
